Code of Ethics

             The Strategy Shop does not undertake projects that constitute a conflict of interest

             with existing clients and does not release information without the client’s

             permission. We abide by all laws and regulations, and we are committed to truth

             and accuracy in communications.

             If the Strategy Shop undertakes a project it commits itself to full responsibility for its

             successful completion. If skills are required in addition to those within the Strategy

             Shop  they will be subcontracted, or the client will be helped to identify and select

             the additional services required.

             The Strategy Shop is also committed to continuous improvement in the quality of its

             advice and services.

 

Fees and Charges

             The Strategy Shop works with clients on a project basis, with levels of involvement

             and budgets agreed in advance. Clients can be charged on a fee for service basis

             or by lump-sum contract. Invoices are forwarded monthly or on completion of

             stages of a project. Client approval is sought in advance of any variation in project

             activities and/or costs.

             The fees charged by consultants of the Strategy Shop are at the middle of the

             range for management consultants. Fee levels quoted for a project will not change

             for the duration of the project.
